Every flat or unit registered in your building counts, whether occupied or vacant. If you have 48 occupied and 4 vacant, you're billed for 52 units. This ensures all units are always tracked — vacant units can be listed for rent or sale directly from Pulse.
No. All payments go directly between residents and your building's account via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, cash, or bank transfer. Pulse records and tracks those transactions — it's a management platform, not a payment processor. Your fund never touches our systems.
The admin handles everything from their end. Residents who prefer cash or in-person payment do so as usual — the admin logs it in Pulse and a receipt is generated. WhatsApp reminders are sent from the admin's account, so residents receive them without needing to install anything.
